Actor Gary Busey was reportedly caught with his pants down in a public park over the weekend — just hours after he was charged with several sex offenses that got him ejected from a recent convention in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
The photos, initially published by The Daily Mail, showed Busey taking in the scenery at Point Dume Park in Malibu, California — where he appeared to pull out his phone and lower his pants while taking a seat on a park bench at a lookout point, looking around in an apparent effort to be sure that no one saw him.

According to the report, Busey then stuck one hand down the front of his pants. After a short time had passed, he stood up and pulled his pants up, after which he lit a cigar. He remained in the park for about 30 more minutes before he walked back to his car and left the area.
The photos were taken approximately 24 hours after the news broke that Busey was facing sexual misconduct charges stemming from incidents that allegedly took place at Monster Mania — a fan convention that took place from August 12-14 in Cherry Hill, a suburb of Philadelphia. According to the reports, Busey was charged on Friday with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, one count of attempted criminal sexual contact, and one count of harassment.
“It was about contact. It was about touching,” Cherry Hill Police Lt. Robert Scheunemann said, reported The Associated Press, noting that three women had complained that Busey had touched them in an inappropriate manner during a meet and greet session.
According to a Monday report from TMZ, court documents indicate that one woman accused Busey of grabbing her butt, while another claimed that he had lowered his head toward her breasts and attempted unhook her bra. The day after the event, another man called local police to report that Busey had also grabbed his daughter’s butt during the convention.
Nikitas Moustakas, an attorney for the convention, said that everyone at the company was “assisting authorities in their investigation into an alleged incident involving attendees and a celebrity guest at its convention,” The Daily Mail reported.
“Immediately upon receiving a complaint from the attendees, the celebrity guest was removed from the convention and instructed not to return,” he said, adding, “Monster-Mania also encouraged the attendees to contact the police to file a report. The safety and well-being of all our attendees is of the utmost importance to Monster-Mania, and the company will not tolerate any behavior that could compromise those values.”
