The Biden administration‘s response to the horrific Christian school shooting on Monday has been pretty odd. Notably, unlike other attacks on religious or ethnic groups, it does not appear that any member of the Biden administration has even acknowledged that it was a Christian school, let alone that the Presbyterian school was attacked by a person who identified as transgender.
In his first public remarks on Monday after the tragedy occurred, Biden consoled the nation by yukking it up about ice cream, “good-looking kids,” and his family for more than two minutes before finally addressing the shooting. He didn’t mention any specifics, nor the Covenant School.
On Tuesday, Biden came close to saying the word Christian, when asked whether or not he agreed with Senator Josh Hawley’s (R-MO) assessment that members of the faithful were targeted by the shooter.
The president made a flippant remark instead. “Well I probably don’t” believe they were targeted, he said with a chuckle. “No, I’m joking,” he quickly added.
Not exactly the “Mr. Empathy” as advertised on the 2020 campaign trail, one might be thinking.
Perhaps Biden mentioned the word “Christian” or “Christians” on his personal or government Twitter. Nope. That didn’t happen on either account.
Perhaps a reader is thinking that the president mentioned the world’s largest religious group in his official proclamation of the fatal shooting. No dice — he didn’t even mention the school by name.

Well, Biden doesn’t do all the talking. Perhaps his press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, uttered the word during her any of her press briefings.

She did, but not in the context you are probably thinking. KJP called on a reporter whose name is “Christian,” which seems to be the closest that the White House came to acknowledging a key potential motivating factor in Monday’s school shooting.
The White House did, however, have time to repeatedly show its solidarity with the “transgender community,” whom it claims is under attack.
“So, today is Transgender Day of Visibility,” KJP said on Friday. “It’s a day where we celebrate the joy, strength, and courage of transgender Americans and their families and loved ones who support them.”
KJP added, “this community is under relentless attacks from Republicans across the country. Rather than uplifting or supporting everyone in our communities and focusing on issues that matter to the American people, they want to target transgender Americans and take away their freedoms.”
Biden also tweeted his support for “Transgender Day of Visibility.”
This tweet pretty much sums up this entire joke of an administration. 👇🏻 https://t.co/zuRzuaXKtb

If Biden and his team have acknowledged that the six individuals who died on Monday were killed at a Christian school, it certainly has not been made front and center of their messaging — which seems to be an anomaly.
As Andrew Clark, a GOP strategist, put it, “If someone shot up a synagogue or mosque we’d be hearing all about that community for weeks – and rightfully so! A Christian school gets shot up and it’s crickets about Christians.”

Those messages, of course, come after months of Leftists bogusly claiming that conservative Christians want to “erase” and “eradicate” those who identify as LGBTQ. It is as if they have already moved on from what appears to be the exact opposite of that scenario happening just four short days ago.
This author cannot definitively prove why the supposed “Devout Catholic” and his administration won’t mention his brothers and sisters in Christ, but it’s trusted that the thoughtful can come to their own reasonable conclusions on the matter.
