Hollywood actress Hilary Swank said it “wasn’t easy” but was so “worth it” after she delivered her first kids, a boy and a girl, over the weekend.

In a sweet post the 48-year-old shared on her Instagram with her 1.5 million followers on Sunday, Swank wrote “Happy Easter” and called her little ones “pure heaven.”

“It wasn’t easy,” she wrote. “But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. Happy Easter! Posting from pure Heaven.” Her post included two angel emojis, a heart, and two little hatched chicken emojis.

The “P.S. I Love You” star’s post also showed a stunning view of a sunset fading into the water from behind the actress holding a baby in each arm.

“This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom,” Swank shared during her appearance on the morning show while promoting her new show “Alaska Daily.” “And not just of one, but of two. I can’t believe it.”

Later, the actress shared that twins run in her and her husband’s families, People magazine noted.

“I’m so excited,” “The Next Karate Kid” explained. “It’s such a blessing. It’s a total miracle. It’s unbelievable.”

The actress and her husband, Philip Schneider, a social venture entrepreneur, tied the knot in August 2018. The pair were first spotted together in 2016, People magazine noted.

In January, Swank said she has a “whole newfound” respect for what women’s bodies can do.

“I feel like women are superheroes,” the actress explained. “What our bodies do? I have such, like, a whole newfound respect. I mean, I love women, I’ve always loved women, but now, I’m like, ‘Wow, we can do this!’”
